And while Ursula Andress made waves in her iconic white bikini, Nancy is just as confident in her filly, purple number in a shoot for Hello! magazine.
According to the Daily Mail, despite taking a dip, the The former girlfriend of England boss Sven Goran Eriksson wears heavy eye make-up and pink lipstick to complete her slicked-back wet look.
Fresh from meeting Prince Harry during his tour of the country last week, the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant revealed that she is confident in her own skin after reaching the milestone birthday last year.
'I have never loved my body more than I do now,' she tells the magazine.
A flat stomach, slender arms and toned legs are the lingering effects of her stint on the ITV series last year, but Nancy says that while she succumbs to fatigue these days, her healthy glow is down to inner happiness.
'Lately I have been exhausted tired, but it doesn’t show,' she admits. 'People say I have never looked more healthy and that comes from inside. I am the happiest I have ever been.'
But while the Strictly tour is behind her, Nancy isn't quite ready to hang up her dancing shoes.
She reveals that she invited Prince Harry for a swirl on the tiles when she saw him last week at a state dinner in Kingston.
'I said to him, "We should go dancing," because one time we danced together. We had a good laugh,' she says.
'He has a charisma, definitely; a twinkle in his eye and a lovely smile, a lovely face. In the flesh, he is even more handsome than in his pictures.'
Nancy attended the dinner, held at the King's house, during her holiday with friends in Jamaica.
Although single, Dell'Olio confirms a recent romance with former M&S Chairman Sir Stuart Rose. 'It is something that happened, but it’s not what’s happening at the moment,' is all she will say.
