Date to rekindle the romance with your Knight

New Delhi: ‘Date Knight’ is a weekly TV show where a husband takes it upon himself to rekindle the romance in his married life. He plans an entire day full of activities that his wife had been wishing and wanting to do but could not due to life’s hectic routine.

The show aspires to present a new slice of love served on the platter of unspoken words of passion, forgotten promises and simple feelings all wrapped in the foil of a unique concept designed to provide a new take on married life. The concept of the show is simple- show your wife how much you still value and appreciate her.

Husbands or Our Date Knights on the show have planned surprises such as dance sessions, dessert tasting, sports sessions as well as visits to Delhi’s Cultural Hubs for their wives. But this is not all, they also create romantic dates where they sing, dance and even get a couple massage in a Hot Jacuzzi!

There is also a big twist in the tale i.e. besides planning a fun filled day out for her, he also needs to don the chef’s hat and cook a proper 3 course meal of her favorite cuisine. So while the wife is out having fun, the husband will be sweating it out in the kitchen. And at the end of the day both would meet over a date so romantic that even the mushiest of novels will have a field day competing with it.

In the coming weeks Date Knight will bring forth a promising array of husbands who would be willing to pull out all stops when it comes to pleasing their wives- be it preparing finger licking 5 star quality international cuisines or being the real life Shahrukh Khan for their Romance Hungry wives!

The show’s 1st episode was telecast on 18th October, 2014 on NDTV GOODTIMES i.e. it will be telecasted on every Saturday.
