Jaipur: Teamwork Arts, a pioneering entertainment company in the performing arts space, is proud to present the fifth edition of the Kahaani Festival, which aims to bring children and storytellers together to weave a world of magic through the wonder world of stories.
The Kahaani Festival aims to enchant and empower audiences as it explores a multitude of narratives from India and around the world! Come, become a part of the creative process that evolves when story tellers animate their dreams and imaginations, beliefs, fears, alongside listeners of all ages.
The festival resonates the objectives of nurturing curiosity and bridging the gap of knowledge through the various mediums of storytelling. The festival explores different mediums like theatre, music clubbed with other creative tools to tell the story.
Speaking on the collaboration with Teamwork Arts and the Kahaani Festival, Dr Jayshree Periwal, Chairperson Jayshree Periwal Group of Schools says “Kahaani festival has been an event which our children always look forward to as it is experiential, intellectually scintillating and fun learning with plethora of activities to choose from.
The theater, puppetry, storytelling, clay modeling, martial arts, nagada workshop, music, yoga, miniature painting, cartoon making, puppet making and many more activities will certainly enthrall our young minds and leave a mark on their impressionable minds.”

Highlights of the festival are Kuch Kuch Puppet Theatre’s Pinocchio, Nagada workshop by Nathu Lal Solanki, Theatre Workshop by Mrinalini. Audiences will be given the opportunity to create and share their stories and explore the various tools of story-telling; narration, writing, animation and traditional forms of illustration.
Personal stories will be explored and shared through festival workshops which includes Nagada, Theatre, Clay Modeling, Dance and Fitness, Puppet making, Yoga, Art and Cartoon making to name a few.
An opportunity for children to express, find their voice, explore, play and dance with performers providing a unique immersive experience, where the audience can become part of this visually beautiful journey.
The Kahaani Festival is a path breaking initiative by Teamwork Arts to revive the dying art of Story Telling. It will provide a platform for children to give voice to their imagination and hopefully evolve to become the future story – tellers.
