Kapil Sharma bags 7th position in Forbes celebrity 100 list

Mumbai: The King of Comedy, Kapil Sharma has bagged the seventh place (fame rank) in Forbes Celebrity 100 list, with his earning 30.17 Crores. He has beaten Bollywood's big stars Aamir Khan (10th Place) and Ranveer Singh (38th place).

It has to be noted that in 2015, Kapil had bagged 27th position in Forbes Celebrity 100 list. From Hansde Hansade Ravo (2006), The Great Indian Laughter Challenge (2007) to The Kapil Sharma Show, the actor has come a long way and his hard work has surely paid off. This is the fifth time Kapil has been featured on the Forbes list.

His competitors, Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek are also on the list. While Bharti is at No. 99 (fame rank), Krushna ranks 100 (fame rank).

Preeti Simoes took to Twitter to congratulate Kapil. She wrote, "Congratulations @KapilSharmaK9 on yet another milestone in ur legacy.. 11 the position by @forbes_india ... Keep growing

Currently, Kapil is busy shooting for his upcoming Bollywood film in Punjab. To look fit for his part, he has been working out and practising yoga. He is active on social media and has posted a couple of pictures of his morning workout and yoga!

Kapil has two Bollywood projects. He has also renewed his contract with Sony Entertainment Television for The Kapil Sharma Show.
