Corruption charge against Arvind Kejriwal: Delhi L-G ask ACB for a report in 7 days New Delhi: A day after Aam Aadmi Party MLA Kapil Mishra met Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal and complained about corruption in the AAP government, the L-G has forwarded the complaint to the anti-corruption branch (ACB) and asked for a report in seven days.

Kapil Mishra, who was sacked as the state water minister on Saturday, accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of taking Rs 2 crore from Delhi health minister Satyendra Jain.

The allegation of corruption levelled by Kapil Mishra was rejected by the Aam Aadmi Party, with senior leaders like Kumar Vishwas saying that even Kejriwal's worst enemies cannot imagine him to be corrupt.

Kapil Mishra today met ACB and shared details on those involved in the water tanker scam. "I have given all information on the water tanker scam," said Kapil Mishra adding that he will seek an appointment with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and complain about the Rs 2 crore money exchanged between Arvind Kejriwal and Satyendra Jain.

After his meeting with the anti-corruption branch, Kapil Mishra was quoted by ANI as saying, "Now I become a complainant and a witness in water tanker scam, and how (Arvind) Kejriwal and two his aides (Ashish Talwar and Vibhav Kumar) tried to scuttle the investigation and tried to save Sheila Dixit."

He also said that he is ready for a lie-detector test and thorough investigation should be done in the case.
