Now, Shayne Lamas, former winner of TV show The Bachelor, has joined the 'bare-all-while-heavily-pregnant' club - except she hasn't managed to get on the front of a magazine.
The reality star left precious little to the imagination in the tacky black and white pictures shot weeks before she is due to give birth.
The buxom blonde revealed she and husband TheDirty blogger Nik Ritchie are expecting a girl and are planning to call her 'Press'.
'Her name came to us at the beginning of my pregnancy, because she was getting so much press,' Shayne told E! News.
'It started as a joke, her nickname was 'Press Baby,' but when we found out it was a girl, suddenly that was her name - her name was going to be Press!
'I think Press is a beautiful name, we're elated, little princess Press!'
The daughter of US TV star Lorenzo Lamas wed Ritchie in Las Vegas in April last year.
They had met each other just hours before.
According to Daily Mail Shayne had been briefly engaged to Bachelor star and financier Matt Grant, who proposed to her on the finale of the hit US show.
They called off their relationship in July 2008.
Quite what little Press will think of her mother's revealing photo shoot is anyone's guess.
But it has been rumoured the tot, apparently due on 11-11-11, has already been signed up to a talent agency.
Shayne has also appeared in her father's reality TV show Leave it to Lamas and played Carly Corinthos on General Hospital in 2005.
