London: Emily, 28, was signed up after busty jungle babe Jessica-Jane Clement announced she was engaged — flooring producers' hopes she might romp with The Only Way Is Essex hunk Mark.
The beauty — who once dated Little Britain star David Walliams but is currently single — is set to join the show within days after signing a £30,000 deal.
A show source said: "Jessica's news that she was engaged was a bit of a bombshell, as before that we were all taking bets on how long it would take Mark to bed her. Now it's looking unlikely we'd have any romance on the cards — so we've hit the emergency button, the Sun reported.
"We rang her up and offered her the gig — and thankfully she accepted.
"Now we're crossing our fingers that she and Mark will find some, er, common ground."
And Mark, 24, already has at least one thing going for him in Emily's eyes — he's British. Emily once admitted blokes in Blighty are better in bed than those Down Under.
And lads' mag favourite Emily should be a big hit with Mark.
The 32D beauty was voted Australia's sexiest woman in a 2007 FHM poll, and has also posed for raunchy photos in Zoo, Nuts and Maxim mags.
She starred on ITV's Celebrity Love Island in 2006 and in the Aussie Dancing With The Stars in 2009.
She dated Walliams in 2007 and was briefly married to Ritchie Neville of boyband 5ive the year after.
Former Playboy model Jessica — star of BBC3's The Real Hustle — got engaged days after signing up for I'm A Celebrity.
Producers tried to hide her engagement from Mark by BANNING her wearing her ring.
The 30F model, 26, had promised fiancé Lee, 45, she would sport it to keep the ladies' man at bay. But she was told she had to keep it off for health and safety reasons.
Crimper Lee has nothing to worry about — as Mark and Jessica have so far been kept apart in separate jungle camps.
Instead the TOWIE romeo has been left with ex-athlete Fatima Whitbread, 50, and Emmerdale star Lorraine Chase, 60.
