London: Imogen Thomas reveals her bulging baby bump as she strips to a bikini during a spa weekend. The former Big Brother babe has been enjoying a couple of days of pampering at Pennyhill Park Hotel in Surrey.

And yesterday she cooled down as temperatures across the UK soared by taking a dip in the pool with a pal.

She tweeted a pic of them with the caption: "Moi and @missrachaelc @pennyhillpark today :-)."

According to the Sun.co.uk, the snap shows the 29-year-old posing next to her blonde friend in a tiny black bikini, which showed off her sizeable tummy.

The Welsh glamour girl, who is just over four months' pregnant, has previously explained away her unusually big bump by revealing she has a "titled womb".

She told new! magazine: "I have a tilted womb so there's a lot of pressure on it and that's why I'm big at three months. But hopefully it will tilt back by the time I'm due. It's very rare - only ten per cent of women have it."

Imogen is expecting her first child with her city trader boyfriend Adam Horsley in January.
