Parichay Das gets 'DWI-Vaageesh Samman'

New Delhi: Bhartiy Anuvaad Parishad announced its ‘Dwi-Vaageesh Samman’ to Parichay Das, eminent Bhojpuri-Hindi writer and Secretary, Hindi Academy and Maithili-Bhojpuri Academy, Delhi Govt.

Dr. Ravindra Nath Srivastava is well known as parichay Das in literature. He is M.A. (Hindi) and Ph.D. . He was born in Rampur (Devlaas) village of Mau District (Uttar Pradesh).

This award has been given to him for his speciality in creativity and translation. Dr. Parichay Das is known for his pioneer work in Bhojpuri poetry. His poems are landmark in contemporary Bhojpuri poetry.
