LA: Jodie, who insists she is just good pals with the Essex lad, convinced him to join her in a fully nude photoshoot to promote products from her sports supplements range JstJodie. After posing in a selection of bikinis, Jodie, 33, tells Kirk: "You've got to go naked too."
To which he responds: "F*** off" before quickly being convinced. After grappling with each other against a black backdrop, Kirk, 24, goes full frontal with only Jodie's head protecting his modesty.
The red head is also seen lying on top of Kirk and kissing him passionately, before Kirk dresses up as a WOMAN. Wearing a pink silk dressing gown and hair rollers while filing his nails, Kirk looks into the camera as smiling Jodie says: "I think this is the best Kirk has ever looked."
Kirk says: "Today has been amazing. I got to touch a naked Jodie Marsh and I got to dress up as a girl. The couple have been acquainted for years as Jodie used to be a regular of Kirk's father Mick's Sugar Hut nightclub in Brentwood.
But they got back in contact when she made a guest appearance on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year - which featured Kirk as a housemate. But it appears the couple have been dating since they both appeared on Big Brother's Bit On The Side on July 3.
They ended up having a hot date at Jodie's house two days later, which they live tweeted with a selection of photos. Jodie said: 'Right nobody disturb us. Me and @kirk_official are having a spooning session on the sofa with a film. We're too tired to go out.'
Kirk then added: 'Having a spooning session with @JodieMarsh watching a film! #MmmmNice did someone say #50ShadesOfKirk ;-).'
After warning he was 'moving in for the kill', Jodie then posted a photo of them actually kissing. Jodie boasted: 'Snogs :-) first kiss I've had in about a year. Yikes. Was very nice actually. He's good.'
However, confusing Kirk tweeted on July 12 that he was single. He wrote: 'Just for the record guys i am single, you are allowed to kiss a girl and still be mate ‪(sic) #Jeeeez.'
Kirk is no stranger to conducting a romance in the public eye - he previously dated Amy Childs and Lauren Pope on-screen in TOWIE.
