The cuisine at Saffron revolves around the three most essential elements of an Indian kitchen–Tandoor, the tava and the charcol grilled. The master chef Qudir Khan who is an experinced restaurateur whose commitment to hospitality is nearly 13 years old has become indescribable. Blending age old spices and condiments that characterize Indian cuisine, the chef presents a wide spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The menu is perfectly balanced, a treat featuring an array of mouth watering Indian delicacies. The rich and scrumptious feast includes a range of kebabs such as kararey paneer, Saffron ki galouti, Kakori kebab, Barrah Kebab and more.
The main course dishes are a culinary delight with huge choices of vegetarian options such as saffron Paneer, Kashmiri Kofta Saffron dal, Saffron Gobi keema and non-vegetarian dishes like Laal maas Bunjara murg, Jhinga curry accompanied with a range of Indian breads, from the decadently indulgent to light and fluffy breads to Khamira Naan and Paratha. Biryani section explores the complex khatti Birayani, and Kacche Gost ki biryani, Murg and Tarkari Viyani.
