Under Shri Samal’s active and able stewardship KBF has been engaged in promoting, Propagating and popularising Odisha’s art, crafts, culture, language, literature, architecture, culinary and attire in national capital region, since last three decades. An advance diploma holder in production engineering and Industrial Management and MBA in Marketing, Shri Samal had left his job recently after serving 23 years in various top notch Industries with an aim to serve the people in his birth place. Being the Founder National president of Rastriya Pravasi Odia Paribar and Founder General Secretary of Utkal Jyoti Charitable organisation and having association with around 21 Jagannath Temples Management Committees throughout India, Shri Samal has had spectacular contributions for the overall welfare of non – resident Odias.
