For the first time in Delhi-NCR, Felix Hospitals organized a one-day special spiritual workshop titled "Manifest Your Way to Success” on Sunday, August 3rd at Panchsheel Balak Inter College, Sector-91, Noida. The aim was to strengthen mental health and promote the spread of positive energy in life.
Shri Pankaj Singh, MLA Noida and Vice President of BJP Uttar Pradesh graced the event as the Chief Guest and inspired participants to channel their thoughts in a positive direction. He highly appreciated this initiative by Felix Hospitals. According to Shri Pankaj Singh, such workshops not only improve mental health but also help develop new perspectives and thought processes in life.
In his address, Shri Pankaj Singh emphasized the increasing importance of mental health in today’s times. He stated that even amid the challenges of modern life, ancient practices like meditation, mindfulness, and positive thinking can lead not only to mental peace but also to a life filled with confidence and vitality. He congratulated Felix Hospitals and Shreans Daga’s team for this meaningful initiative and remarked that this workshop would prove to be a milestone in raising mental health awareness in society.
The event was led and mentored by Shreans Daga, Chairman of Pyramid Valley International and a renowned spiritual teacher. He guided participants through practical techniques to recognize inner strength and bring lasting positive change in life through meditation, breathwork, and self-discipline.
Dr. D.K. Gupta, Chairman of Felix Hospitals, stated on this occasion that in today’s fast-paced and high-pressure lifestyle, maintaining mental health has become one of the biggest challenges. He shared that the objective of the workshop was to make participants aware of attaining mental peace and inner balance through ancient Indian meditation and spiritual practices.
Dr. Gupta further added that in this race of life, where everyone is rushing ahead, true success and balance can only be achieved by recognizing one’s inner power. The core aim of the workshop was to inspire individuals to discover their inner strength, cultivate positive thinking, and clearly define and pursue their life goals. He also assured that Felix Hospitals would continue to initiate such efforts in the future to further the cause of mental well-being, confidence, and personal growth in society.

Shreans Daga explained how daily meditation and breathwork can calm the mind, improve sleep quality, enhance concentration, and reduce stress. Shreans Daga shared that he has helped over two million individuals move toward inner power through meditation, breathwork, and conscious living. During the session, he introduced participants to simple life manifestation techniques to clarify life goals and take concrete steps toward achieving them. He highlighted that our brain creates what we think — thus, positive thinking can truly give our lives a new direction.
At the conclusion of the program, Dr. Rashmi Gupta, Managing Director of Felix Hospitals, expressed her gratitude to everyone.
